Educational Requirements

1. Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator: Must be a graduate from a recognized university with proficiency in Punjabi and English typewriting at 30 words per minute. Additionally, the candidate should have completed a 120-hour computer course from an ISO-9001 certified institution or an equivalent qualification.
2. Glass Blower-cum-Storekeeper: Requires a BSc degree along with a minimum of two years of experience as a Glass Blower. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in storekeeping of laboratory chemicals and glassware. A six-month computer course is also required.
3. Data Entry Operator: Candidates must have completed Matriculation with First Class, 10+2 Intermediate with Second Class, or hold a Graduate degree along with a Diploma in Programming or Systems. Knowledge of typing in English and Punjabi at 30 W.P.M. is essential.
4. Librarian: A First Class Bachelor’s degree in Library Science is required, with preference given to those with experience in Library Science.
5. A.C. Operator-cum-Mechanic: Must have completed Matriculation with an I.T.I in the relevant trade and have at least three years of experience in operating and maintaining an A.C. plant, or alternatively, Matriculation with five years of experience in the same field.

Limit Age

As of January 1, 2024, the age limit for applying to these positions is set between 18 and 37 years. Age relaxation will be provided according to the Punjab government’s regulations for candidates belonging to reserved categories.
