To apply for the CTET Exam in July 2024, you must fill out the form on the official website, ctet.nic.in, starting from March 7. The deadline for submission is April 2, 2024. The exam is scheduled for July 7, 2024. Be aware of result dates, the final answer key, and passing marks.

CTET Exam Pattern:

• Paper I (Primary Stage):
  • Teaching classes I to V

• Paper II (Elementary Stage):
  • Teaching classes VI to VIII
  • Subject: Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II
  • Choose between Mathematics and Science or Social Studies/Social Science

Eligibility Criteria:

• Paper I (Classes I-V):
  • Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks
  • 2-year D.El.Ed or 4-year B.El.Ed/B.Ed in the final year
• Paper II (Classes VI-VIII):
  • Graduate with 2-year D.El.Ed or 50% in Senior Secondary with B.Ed in the first year
  • Various combinations of degrees for eligibility

CTET Certificate Validity: The certificate is valid for 7 years from the result declaration date.

CTET Qualifying Marks:

• General Category: 60% marks (90 out of 150)
• SC/ST/OBC/Other Reserved Categories: 55% marks (82.5 out of 150)

CTET Application Fee:

• General/OBC(NCL): ₹1000/- (Paper I or II) | ₹1200/- (Both Papers)
• SC/ST/PwD: ₹500/- (Paper I or II) | ₹600/- (Both Papers)
